Q: I want to know the schedule from placing an order to shipping an order.

A: Please refer to the “SCHEDULE FOR PLACING AND SHIPPING AN ORDER” for details.

 

Q: What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

A: It may take longer to send an order confirmation email when we have many orders at once. Please wait for a while and check your inbox again.

 

Q: I want to know when I can get the product I ordered.

A: It usually takes four to six weeks. We make products after the order confirmation.

It is totally a made-to-order system. The jewelry is handmade with profound attention by our skillful Japanese craftsmen and delivered to you.

 

Q: I want the product shipped to another location other than my home address.

A: Please indicate the delivery address when you place your order.

 

Q: What is the standard of the ring size?

A: We use the American ring sizing for both men’s and ladies’ rings.

Q: What are the payment options?

A: We use PAYPAL payment system only.

Q: Can I request a ring size change and other changes after receiving the products?

A: We are sorry but we are not able to accept any changes including the ring size change after the confirmation of the order.

 

Q: Can I return the products after receiving them?

A: We are very sorry but we are not able to accept any returns.

 

Q: Is a certificate of authenticity for the diamonds sent with the product?

A: Please refer to “ABOUT CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY” for details.

 

Q: I want to see the products directly in a store and decide whether I want to make a purchase. So please provide information regarding retail stores.

A: We don’t have any retail stores outside Japan.
